Playstore clear data and cache disable it if that is the option, restart the phone and then try update

Bro try to download playstore apk app from google , turn off your internet and then try to install the download apk file.

Do one thing go to setting then go to app search for google play service there will be 3 dots on right top .. click that and uninstall the update then force close the app and disable it.. restart the phone and got to same place and enable it and then try to do update.
