if your device charger is orignal then your data cable is not orignal ,local data cable do not support more than 2.2 ampere

you can check it from your battery setting ,if it have written ( USB charger connected) then it is slow charging ,its a problem of your charger / cable if it written (AC charger connected) then it is fast charging ,but if it still not !then it could be a issue of battery usage issue by apps in background.p
