Issue in my mobile

I find issue in my Home and Back button. My cell Galaxy A02s is new..Can anybody tell me about this issue and how to resolve this... I write this error to samsung they says make sure you don't have third party apps... i don't have third party apps... anyone who can resolve this?

Go into settings and apps and select show system apps and search 3 navigation button and force stop it
Or install a third party navigation app from Google play store

Me ny ya app download ki ha is sy fit chal ry ha button.... but my ny system k buttons uninstall ni kiy.. un k upr is app k buttons ha

use one hand operation or install it from play store then you will not need the button anymore
