How To restore default settings of quick panel

I had installed theme park from Samsung goodlock labs Samsung store. After appling a theme to the quick panel. There is no option to remove that theme. Could you please give me any solution for this. The theme applied from theme park is not getting removed.

Apply default theme from mobile settings app. It will revert back everything

Yes
Open themes from settings aaps, it will take you to 'samsung themes' app. From there go to 'MY STUFF' then apply Default theme from there.
