Received after 10 days from my order

3 Days ago, on Sat April 16, 2022, i called Samsung helpline, generated complaint by provdidng my pre-order serial number, and they highlighted my complaint.
But still waiting for call.

I got my phone 9 day's ago but haven't received the voucher yet..😑
