Your battery is about to die.

You have only 2 options;

1)Complete 0 to 100 charge and discharge cycles for atleast 3 times.

If it doesn't work

2) replace the battery, but before replacing the battery perform a soft reset. Chances are low but it might help

Battery working is fine, but on the diagnostic test, show that Battery life is bad.I don't know what happened to him.

Ok it means some calibration issues.
Don't do anything. Next time when your battery is about 5% power off your phone and charge till 100.
