Pay attention to your Power settings (power mode) in "Device care". It may block this function in your phone if you turned on maximum power saving mode.
Assalam-o-Alaikum mNabeel, I understand your problem. Kindly note that Always On Display (AOD) only works on Amoled Display. It will not work on IPS or TFT.
