I promise you this will be the last time I purchase a Samsung phone. Customer's in middle east are always last to receive your software updates, despite a massive customer base and sales.
This is unacceptable, and I will definitely look into buying an iPhone or Google Pixel next, and selling my Samsung.
It seems you care little about customers in this region.
