S24 ultra for sell

Good day Samsung community,

Very sorry I want to sell my S24 ultra due to long delay of update from Android One IU 6 to one IU 7, IPhone has good policy, updateing software all phones together in all over the world, not like Samsung , giving update February some countries then in March some other countries then announced April 17 2025 in Saudi Arabia, but today is 2 May my eyes 👀 are tired from waiting for new update. This is so so unfair. So I have taken decision i will sell my phone. i have request please if anyone want to buy Samsung S24 Ultra, can contact me. I will buy new iPhone. Samsung is doing unfair, some countries giving update early and some countries late.

Yes. It was released a week ago. I installed it on my S23 Ultra. And it came out for s23 a couple of days after S24.
Check your settings and you'll find it

If not then how did I install it on my S23?
Quick question. Is your phone original or not? Is it from Saudi Arabia or not? Cause it doesn't make sense for it to not be available.
Also, is your device updated to the latest version? Because if not there you won't find it. My friend with S24 Ultra couldn't install it because he had other One UI 6.1 updates he didn't install for some reason. He had to install each one at once after that he had the option to install One UI 7.
Maybe check for those 2 things. If not try contacting support
