I am writing to report several issues I have encountered with my new Samsung S24 Ultra 512GB Titanium Black, which I purchased in Saudi Arabia 10 days ago. These issues have arisen since updating the device to One UI 7.
Battery Drain: The battery life is significantly shorter than expected, often depleting within 10 hours despite only moderate usage throughout the day.
Samsung Messages: Upon opening the Samsung Messages application for the first time after a period of inactivity, the screen exhibits a noticeable flicker or blinking effect.
Samsung Health: The Samsung Health application is not accurately tracking my live step count, neither on the home screen widget nor on the lock screen.
Memory Consumption: The device's internal storage appears to be filling up unexpectedly, even though I have not downloaded any new applications or captured significant photos or videos.
As a customer who has invested approximately $1100 in this device, encountering these issues is quite disheartening. I would greatly appreciate it if your team could address these problems in an upcoming software update. Your prompt attention to these matters would be highly valued.
