Right now I'm facing kinda weird problem, the top speaker (ear speaker) is not working when watching videos or playing music.. But it is working fine during phone calls..
I've tried testing it using the *#0*# technique it is not giving any sound..

In regards to your query, kindly follow the below steps: Phone dial > *#0283# Select ‘RCV~’ and say ‘hello’ via main microphone. Check if it’s listened through receiver. Select ‘SPK~’ and say ‘hello’ via sub microphone. Check if it’s listened through speaker. If there is no issue during the test, we recommend that you perform a factory data reset to resolve this issue using the steps below:-
Launch the Settings app and tap General management → Reset → Factory data reset → RESET → DELETE ALL.
Ensure all user data is backed up using smart switch from the link below and then use the backup tool to create a data backup http://www.samsung.com/eg/support/smartswitch/ If you’re still facing the same issue, kindly take the device to the service center to check on it.
