I am having a problem with my s7 edge. When I select a picture for my home screen and apply it,it says for a while then reverts to the pre-programed home screen the phone came with. Also when I'm playing music, listening voice notes or watching a videos the phone keeps pausing as if it was buffering or on pause and I have to tap the screen all the time for whatever I'm watching to continue. Help please!!
it's probably an app you downloaded that's doing all of this. check the apps you downloaded recently and uninatall them and see if the issue is fixed. if not then factory reset is your best option
