Does anyone know when will ANDROID 10/ONE UI 2.0 come out for SAMSUNG GALAXY A30 i means the exact date, i know it's in FEBRAURY but when exactly in FEBRUARY.

But
you might wait till you get the software update notification

Based on your writing exactly android 10 will be available for A30

in February but we didn't have specific day

so please  make sure to activate the device in auto update you will receive notification for it
