Same problem with my A55 mobile.

Then, I purchased S24 and I have the same problem again on my S24 mobile.

5GNR service needs to be activated by your network provider in order to use

 

5G during call. Unfortunately, In KSA all network providers haven't supported this feature yet. It's working in some countries such as Kuwait & India.
