Today the end of January, however we are waiting yet for Android 3 update on our Note 20 ultra Hong Kong version. The estimated time assumed to this month and by the way Samsung take care of its Note 20 users as the Samsung ends its Note series.

I have Hong-Kong version also..But I watch sammobile.com closely i saw China version of this model was out.
