What's Wrong With The Note 10+ 5G?

What's wrong? The Android 10 update didn't even arrive in the UAE, let alone KSA. It arrived at the beginning of the month in Europe and arrived in December of last year in the USA. They all have the same chip (Snapdragon 855) so I can't tell why there is a delay.

Snapdragon version only available in USA and China only
here in middle east countries including KSA and UAE having only Exynos version
maybe because of this we might get delay

The note 10+ 5G here in ksa actually has the snapdragon chip, I checked with an app a few minutes ago.

No. STC officially sells the SD855 5G version and Noon sells SD855 4G, and you can check it by yourself.
