Note 8 - Low Sound using wireless earphones

I have note 8 purchased from Jarir.

I am using Samsung U flex wireless earphones. People complaint during phone call that my voice coming from very far. I thought mic of U flex is defective.

I connected my Samsung Level U wireless earphones and I hear the sound as it is coming from very far during the calls but my voice is good to others.

Media is playing good

i feel that there is something wrong with the Bluetooth of note 8 or qith it's software

i reset U flex and connected again but no improvement
