hi I have problem with my note 10 plus

note 10 plus volume decreases all by itself when I play any music the volume go down without i do anything when go next music the volume go up again i dont know whats wrong if someone had the same problem or solution

As Ownz said, go to Music app - settings- turn off smart volume option

but the problem with sound clouds if i play music there

Try to go SoundCloud- settings - basic settings - click clear application cache

[Ownz]

I dont use sound cloud, so...
maybe there's an option in sound cloud that's causing the problem
