How check the warranty on phone available

Text n call on other device on my note10+ is not getting turned on,while trying to turn onn it display msg couldnt connect try again later

Whatsapp images,videos and documents are not moving or copying into secure folder.Getting error "couldn't move all items"

Why in Galaxy note 10+ secure startup facility is being removed from security section in settings.Is there any option to revoke that secure startup facility again.
