How to get rid of this problem, I have allowed all cookies but still samsung internet asked me to enable cookies.

Some apps stop working like this. Some specific apps are getting freezed.What can I do.

In Samsung internet app, it showing that update is available and it leads to play store to update. But play store says my phone is no longer compatible. Previously all updates are available on Galaxy store but now no update showing there.
