I am unable to connect to Samsung Level app due to NO SUPPORT to the latest Samsung Level U2 neckband. Please fix the issue.

On your phone, go into Bluetooth and enable it. Select the name of your headphones from the list of available devices. If the headphones do not connect, restart your device, then try again.
If that is not the case, this could be a software problem. I suggest you delete the data and cache from the Samsung Level app.
Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Hi... have you tried to connect the neckband to a different phone? Anyway, try to clear the data and cache of the app and reconnect. Also check if any updates are available for the app.
