Hi. I bought brand new Buds FE SM-R400N. I used it today for the first time, and it worked perfectly. But 4hrs later, the right bud started making constant wind noises (constant, like white noise), only when Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) or Ambient Sound (AS) is enabled, AND the left bud is used (i.e. sensor detects body). The noise isn't there when noise control is just off, or if left bud is not used.

These are brand new. Software is up to date. What do I do? This is extremely frustrating. And I see others have also experienced this, based on online posts. This seems like a glitch or software bug to me.

I bought this on my trip to Malaysia. But I am now back in Sri Lanka! I cannot go back to return. What do I do?!

I'm not sure if local retailers would repair it as the purchase has been made in Malaysia. Try resetting the buds software if possible and update again. Report the problem on Samsung Members and get their advice as well. Worst case scenario, you might have to go back to Malaysia to claim your warranty and get a replacement. Since it worked well for a few hours, we can assume it's a software issue. Check online if there has been similar issues posted by other users and try to determine if its because of a bug in a recent update. If so they will fix it in a patch and it'll be fine after that. Good luck!

Yes I did update the software. This could be the cause. Would you know how to report the bug?

You could do it through the samsung members app. You could also visit the website and report it as well. Do it both ways.

I promise you, its just dirty. Clean the bud (especially the speaker) and make sure it's throughly cleaned and it would work fine.

No, it isn't. I have the same issue with a new pair after sending the old one to be repaired.
