User active levels ???

There is a problem with upgrading active levels , I'm still in active level 8 but some one has passed me till active level 9 but every rating behind me . 

Why ??

Sometimes, User Active Levels are getting stuck at a level for a while. But keep posting, commenting, and like others' posts. It will upgrade soon.
