I’m having trouble logging into my Samsung account through a web browser on PC. Every time I try to log in, I receive the following error code:
m9xk4c2yy1sw5jfnj0cqqfo0v0005uwx
u7uwcblrk1b3dgzzk7qa81qygk6xxvlw
Each time this code change.
Error URL:
Key Details:
• I only have one Samsung mobile device, and I’m already logged in and active on it.
• When I attempt to log in via the browser, I receive the 2FA prompt on my mobile and approve it.
• I tried all the methods, username and password, Signin with Google, Scan with QR. All the methods fails to log in and shows the same error repeatedly.
• I have tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and different networks (Wi-Fi, mobile data, hotspot), but the issue remains the same.
• The problem has persisted for a long time, not just today or yesterday.
• I had a WhatsApp chat with Samsung support they just give me the basic IT troubleshooting. Wait for few hours, change the network, change the broswer, at the end direct me to the nearest Samsung Service center.
• I visited the nearest Samsung Service Center, but they were more focused on hardware issues and couldn’t help with this account-level or authentication-level issue.
Request:
This issue to the technical or account support team, as it appears to be an account authentication issue, not a local device or network issue.
