RCS chat feacher is not enable in samsung massagers

I am not a fan of Google messages but the most important thing that I can use Google message something very similar like WhatsApp which are in photos emojis blah blah blah

Same feature is there in Samsung message app but not able to enable it

It's always says that registration fail

I try to contact Sri Lanka technical support through WhatsApp and through voice call Nothing from their suggestion work

Afterwards I went to Samsung repair centre this is they will make an update which will be fix the issue but nothing happened

The ask me to Endo the device so they can send it to the Samsung head office for the investigation

Somebody has an idea for experience on this for solution on please comment

Theres a problem with some networks bro.

In my phone When I turn on mobile data using dialog sim and. Set the default message sim to dialog. Then the service working fine.

But when i turn on mobile data using airtel sim and set sms sim as airtel, it won't work. Sometimes it says registration failed.

Try setting your data network sim and default message sim to one network and try registering again

I did , even I reset the settings and factory reset as well.

I have log error report from samsung memeber app. Text through WhatsApp and visited a service point.
Neither helps me to fix this issue
