Samsung released the android 13 update for the galaxy A13 about a month ago and I haven't gotten it yet. Is there a problem with my phone? My Gallaxy A13 model is A135M.
Samsung currently provides three years of Android updates and four years of security updates on most of their devices, becoming one of the most trusted brands at the moment in terms of software.
Due to technical issues, the update maybe delayed. Hopefully your Galaxy device will get the Android 13 update as promised by Samsung shortly.
