Dear sir, I have something to complaint against with

Your device and drop box it's not fair why 

( Samsung galaxy device not support for it's drop box ) actually I'm disappointed about this matter

As you know I'm your Samsung member I have many issues with this device I brought this device

2020-11-16 now almost 21 months gone still iam waiting 

for getting back my Google account access

As your Samsung member you can find what is going to happen here how many times I visited

To get your Samsung services support every time

I asked only one question today also I asked you

There is no way the default keyboard disabled by default. Please goto settings, general management, keyboard list and default. Tap default keyboard and select samsung keyboard. If you do not find the keyboard, goto galaxy store, download and install the keyboard, or enable it if it's disabled.
