Hi, I have been facing some notification issues for three months. My phone, M21, automatically mutes the notification sounds occasionally. 

I couldn't find the reason for that. This issue brings me a lot of trouble: missing essential notifications (especially my WhatsApp).

Does anyone know the solution for this instead of resting the phone?
