To enable -

1. Go to settings 

2. Accessibility 

3. Interaction and dexterity 

4. Assistant menu

Touch 'Select Assistant menu items' to add screenshots option

°Suggestion - toggle on 'Show as edge icon' to place the assistant menu to a side in your viewing screen. It will help you to reduce distraction.
