Actually samsung Have given one ui 4.0 for high end device and uper mid range devices. In budget device range they have to change it in to one ui 4.1 core versions . Son on that matter makes more delaying on update android 12. Also many budgets mobile are getting their last operation system update with this android 12 one ui 4.1 update. Then they only get security updates for next two years.
