Then wait till you receive another security update and send a error report to Samsung using 'error report' in support.to do that click support >scroll down>click error report>type your issue>upload some proof>click the icon one the right corner to send it .they will definitely help you.

Hi... it's better to reset the device after the Android upgrade. Also send an error report to Samsung from this members app. (Go to Support tab > error report)
If there is a bug, hope Samsung will fix in the next update. 😊

Hi 👋

1. Turn on safe mood and use your device and make sure it is not hardware fault

2. If 1st step didn't work, don't run heavy apps and don't fill up storage to maximum cause sometimes it can happen due to high cpu usage

3. If any thing didn't change just reset your device

4. If before steps didn't work on your device, wait for next security patch level update 📲 it will fix your all the issues 😀

So if my comment is useful to you, use the 3 dots in my comment for accept my comment as a solution. 😉 👍

I think that issue might be with its software. (Bug)

I suggest you to Factory Reset your Galaxy device. But make sure to have all the backup files before performing it.

Use the steps below to perform Factory Reset on your Galaxy device.
Go to Settings > General & Backup and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Tap Delete all.

Otherwise, send an error report via the Samsung Members App.

If you still find bugs and other issues after doing everything, it will likely get fixed by future security patch updates.

Be sure to click the 3 dots and " ✓ Accept as Solution" when you find an answer that works for you.

Thanks... 👍
