TAB A - Touch is not responsive

My Samsung galaxy tab is not responsive. I have restarted the device by pressing power and volume down button for more than 10 times. Still the same. 

Please help me anyone 🙏

Does your tab charges when it's plugged in ? (Do you hear the charging sound /vibration.)

Try Again in an hour or 30 min. I droped my phone and happend the same thing i tried force restarting nothing happened but after a few minutes i tried again and it restarted.

If it's still not starting kindly take it to the nearest service center

Thanks no the things is it get restarted bt the method which I mentioned here. But still the lock screen is not responsive. I can't swipe the screen to enter password. Just showing the lock screen pic that's it.

Then it might ba a hardware issue like ranod aiyya told.take it to the nearest Samsung service center.

Hi... probably it could be a hardware issue. So contact a Samsung service center near to you for technical assistance. Also try to connect a mouse over type C lort and check whether it's responsive.

This may be a hardware problem. I recommend that you factory reset your Galaxy tab (hardware reset). But be sure to have all backup files before doing so.

The best way is to let the battery die completely, then charge it and switch it on as usual.
