Focus on the URL bar when opening a new tab

Unlike desktop, when you open a new browser tab the cursor briefly focuses on the URL bar but then disappears and you need to manually tap/click on the URL bar to start typing anything. Desktop version browsers focus on the URL bar automatically. Can Samsung at least fix this for the Dex mode where users mostly use a keyboard?
