I'm facing an issue with my Samsung Smart TV, and I'm hoping to get some guidance. When I turn on the TV, the red indicator light, which usually turns off when the TV is working, blinks 4 to 5 times and then turns off completely. However, after I turn off the TV, the red light is still working.
This is causing a problem with my TV remote, as it's not responding to the signal. I've tried changing the batteries, but the issue persists. Yes the TV was used to be in loose position the people on my home are not aware about this now i fixed it tightly TV is Working Fine But Not Responding to remote signals maybe the looose plug caused any issues to it
