Hello community,

I'm facing an issue with my Samsung Smart TV, and I'm hoping to get some guidance. When I turn on the TV, the red indicator light, which usually turns off when the TV is working, blinks 4 to 5 times and then turns off completely. However, after I turn off the TV, the red light is still working.

This is causing a problem with my TV remote, as it's not responding to the signal. I've tried changing the batteries, but the issue persists. Has anyone encountered a similar problem, and if so, do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting or fixing this issue? Your help would be much appreciated. 📺🔴

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your Samsung Smart TV. Based on your description, it seems like there might be an issue with the TV’s power supply . The red light blinking 4 to 5 times is an indication that the TV is not getting enough power, which can cause it to shut down or display an error message

unplug your TV from the power source. Leave it unplugged for at least 10 minutes to allow the TV to reset . After reset try again. If it won't work,

Next, check the power supply unit . Maybe you have to hire a qualified technician
