Samsung wallet in UAE phone

I have UAE version as24 ultra. Any idea how to use samsung pay in KSA?

To register Mada cards in Samsung Wallet on UAE CSC, you must switch the service provider to KSA using the SamFW Tool or await the Samsung-led expansion of supported regions.

Follow the instructions but you need to choose KSA code.
