I believe to work all bank cards to Samsung wallet that's why I will buy s24 ultra but not working

For now, only phones that have KSA code can register cards in the Samsung Wallet app

Check Settings  - about phone - software info - services provider info

If it had a different KSA code, you wouldn't be able to add any cards 

According to Samsung technical support,  other non KSA devices will be able to register cards in the near future
