I claimed the offer and bought a Galaxy M04 for my father's birthday. I faced a bit of trouble during the purchase because they said no one had ever claimed the offer from that store (Samsung Store at OGF). It seemed like they were not aware of the procedure, which caused some confusion.

What added a touch of humour to the situation was that one salesperson was using a smartphone from another vendor. It made me chuckle, wondering why a Samsung Store salesperson was using a device from a different brand.

Overall, despite the minor hiccups, I believe it's a good initiative, and I hope to see more of them in the future.

Samsung Member Exclusive offer is a great opportunity to buy or upgrade devices. Though I'm waiting for an offer for higher studies students. I request it sometime ago, and there are lot of students who bought Tabs and accessories for education past couple months. If there were installments plans or students offers available, more would definitely buy Samsung devices for their education.

Looking forward to seeing a students offer like in the US and UK pretty soon 😁

I guess you'll should enable the samsung shop app like other countries so everyone can claim its a bit complicated to claim the offers
