Unresponsive touch after update

My samsung galaxy m11 device after update it has a unresponsive touch issue how to fix this

After android 12 update

Yeah, You have to wipe cache files in you device.
First, connect to a PC by a USB, Then keep pressing volume up button and power button at the same time. Then You will have the menu. After that go through it by volume buttons. Then select the wipe cache partition. And now you done.

If it is not working, Press and hold volume up and power button together for immediate shut down.

Or, turn on touch responsiveness by going to display settings.

Or don't disappoint, Update will fix it soon.

I had the same issue when I was using M11 but it came good after a while. Hope the problem will resolve soon.
