Can someone who uses telegram help me by looking at the telegram images file in Files app ,and letting me know whether there's something unusual

first go to telegram app > data and storage > enable automatic media download ticks ( all ticks or what you want) all images ,videos ,sound records will save to your gallery ,files

But keep in mind that the media of all the groups you are in ,will be added to your phone..
