Hi unfortunately in the released schedule Galaxy A10s isn't eligible for the Android 12 update. Sorry.

Hey. No at the moment the a10s is scheduled to only get get only 2 software updates. The last update for a10s is andriod 11.

Unfortunately yours Galaxy A10s isn't eligible for Ui 4 upgrade....it's still in last android 11 os upgrade.😔
