Samsung T7 portable ssd firmware missing and not supporting Magician application

Dear Samsung care,

Recently I got a update from Samsung magician application in android for the Samsung T7 SSD. But the update was failed when using Samsung magician in android application. After that failure my Samsung T7 SSD not detecting in my android application and windows application. Samsung T7 SSD is working fine for sharing files. But Samsung magician application not detecting the SSD. How to solve this problem ?

This issue was comments in Samsung official website also but there no answer for that issue.

I have the same problem.I hope samsung can slove it because my data really important.........but now  I can't enter my T7SSD....😫
