Is it okay to use the Kaspersky android application on my phone any more? It has got removed from the PlayStore as well. Hence, I guess it won't receive updates through the PlayStore any more. But I installed the latest version of that application from an apk file listed on their website, as I have an ongoing subscription. Shall I change my Virus guard software as soon as my Kaspersky subscription ends?

If you are worried about viruses, please continue to use Kaspersky. There is no harm in doing so. I don't think you need to change your virus guard.

I don't think there will be a problem to change the virus guard after the subscription end is Kaspersky. Use kaspersky like you are using it now in the future.

Hi.. you can continue Kaspersky. However, Samsung itself enhances the security through monthly/quarterly security patches, depending on the devices and update policy of the device. These updates are also helpful to you to enhance the security and the overall stability of your device in kernel or firmware level. So while you continuing Kaspersky, .make sure to update the security updates from Samsung itself 😊
