Super AMOLED is an AMOLED display that has an integrated touch function: Instead of having a layer that recognizes touch on the top of the screen, the layer is integrated into the screen itself.

Super AMOLED provides an exceptional viewing experience for you. It offers a wide range of colors with an incredible degree of color clarity which translates into far greater resolution.

Given its astounding 100,000:1 contrast ratio, Super AMOLED displays will automatically adapt to various lighting environments to make it easier on the eyes while providing great picture quality when playing games or watching your favorite multimedia.

Dynamic AMOLED is a new screen technology that takes your view to new heights, available on the Galaxy Note10 series' Infinity-O Display and Galaxy Z Flip's Infinity Flex Display. This next generation AMOLED display includes HDR10+ certification for cinema-grade color and contrast. The Dynamic AMOLED also reduces harmful blue light emitted from the display, which helps reduce eye strain and helps lessen sleep disturbances if you're using your phone into the night.

*Galaxy Note10 and Note10+'s display has received a certification for Mobile Color Volume 100% of DCI-P3 (Digital Cinema Initiatives) coverage with a contrast ratio of 2,000,000:1 by VDE Germany.

*TUV Rheinland, a globally recognized certification institute, awarded Galaxy Note10 and Note10+’s display the Eye Comfort Certification based on its ability to drastically reduce the harmful effects of blue light.

*SGS, the world's leading certification company, awarded Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra’s display the Eye Care Certification based on its ability to drastically reduce the harmful effects of blue light.

Basically, every parameter of Dynamic AMOLED is better than that of Super AMOLED:

- higher peak brightness (+13%)

- higher contrast (100k vs 2M)

- better colour gamut (100% DCI-P3)

- slightly lower power consumption

- HDR10+ tone mapping

- less eye stress (as the wavelength of the blue sub-pixels was slightly changed)
