Call recording options not working on my Samsung a50 please help me

Not working call recording options

Hi,
Go to the settings
Scroll down & tab to Apps
And find phone
Open it & click storage
And tab to Clear data....
Now i think, it's working
Done this and tell what's happening.....

Hi if the call recording is not there, most likely its a regional issue. Mainly UAE phones don't have the call recording feature. You probably have no way to activate it without reinstalling the phone firmware.

Anyway the settings should be in the 3 dot menu when u go to the dialer. If its not there, its probably what i said

It's regionally locked because of the privacy restrictions in Singapore.
