Most probably, yes. With the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip S25, Ultra will be able to handle the overheating and reduce it without getting too much heat. On the past rumors also Samsung first tried their Exynos Chip with the S25 Series and decided to go with the expensive Snapdragon chip, which is better than the Exynos

Nah, can't promise anything, but we really should use coolers when gaming and video editing, it'll help keep the APU from overheating.

Hey, I'm also rocking an S24 Ultra, and I'm confused. My phone's never had constant overheating problems. You said the S24 Ultra struggles with heat, but I haven't seen that. It does get warm sometimes, like when I'm using a hotspot, editing, *and* split-screening with YouTube running. I even stuck it in some tap water to cool it down! For really heavy use, a phone cooler like Nubia's (or ROG's) is a good idea.

I do a lot of multitasking and gaming, and it heats up a lot. I couldn't use a cooler because it makes the phone feel heavier and uncomfortable to hold.

It's not just the cooling, it's the OS and how well it's optimized. Samsung's never been great at that, which is why One UI 7 is so different. Maybe the S24 Ultra heating will be better with it – fingers crossed!

Apple really limits background apps and makes sure everything works perfectly within their system. WhatsApp on an iPhone? It's like it was built for it.
