I been waiting for along time and seen some other countries getting it 

When will I get it 

I brought this phone in Qatar and I'm in srilanka now 

When will I get the update

You will get the Oneui 7 update on the month of May. Cannot say the exact date.

Since s23 upgrade is on going.. it will be available to s22 series within next few weeks
