After Samsung launches the S25 Series in January with the Android 15 update. S24 series will definitely get the stable One Ui 7 Android 15 update in February next year.

It will probably roll out after the 22nd of Jan because that is the date of the s25 launch. Samsung sometimes rolls it out just before a launch also. So fingers crossed for that.
