Some unusual animation glich while locking the phone

Hello everyone,

After the One UI 7 BYD9 update, has anyone experienced unusual animation when attempting to lock the screen?🙂

I've noticed a slight delay when locking my device.

I'm still on EUX (BYCG). Comparing both versions, are you facing any issues in the latest version?

There is an issue, like a latency while attempting to locking. That's the main thing i am observed 🙂

Yeah, yeah, a lot of people complain about that issue. It will be fixed with a patch update later.

Quick update

I managed to resolve this issue. 

I have noticed that my current display resolution set to FHD+. After switching to QHD+ this behavior is gone. 


I thought this might helpful for other ☺️

The issue has been reported by many users. I saw it on YouTube and Facebook too. Samsung will definitely solve it with the upcoming May Security update for the S24 Series.

Also great to hear that the issue is gone after the display is set to QHD+. But as I think it is good to use the display in full HD quality. Because there will be high battery drain with 120HZ refresh rate also.
