Hello BASELMBA,

For this situation, you can try to reset the device. For the process, contacts, pictures, music, videos, etc. in the internal memory of the device. After backing up your important files, remove the sim card and memory card from the device. Later; You can restore your device to factory settings by going to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory Reset. If the same situation persists even though you have tried the backup and reset process, please visit the nearest Samsung authorized service center so that your device can be checked.

You can reach the service contact information via the link below;

https://www.samsung.com/en/support/service-center/

There are two ways to back up information;

1. You can back up your data to Microsoft OneDrive. Settings > Accounts and Backup > Samsung Cloud > Three dots in the upper right corner of the screen > Connect with OneDrive > Accept the terms and connect > Link Accounts > Enter existing Hotmail account and password > Accept > Linking Accounts. After tapping Next, the installation process will be completed.

2. You can back up your data to your computer with a data cable by downloading the Samsung Smart Switch program to your computer via the link below.

https://www.samsung.com/en/support/smart-switch/

Note:

• If you are using the Secure Folder application included in the device, you will need to back up the device data separately.

• The backup feature of Secure Folder is no longer available on Samsung mobile devices based on Android R OS released since 2021. It is recommended to back up necessary data using Smart Switch or backup feature of each app.

You can access the visual explanations of the backups via the link;

Thanks.
