Here are a few steps you can try to resolve the issue:
• Reset the Camera App Settings:
Open the Camera app and go to Settings.
Look for ‘Reset settings’ and tap on it.
Confirm by tapping ‘Reset’.
Force Restart Your Device:
Turn off your device by holding down the Volume Down key and the Side key, then select ‘Power off’.
Once the screen goes black, press and hold the Volume Down key and Side key again.
Release both keys when the Samsung logo appears.
• Check for Sensor Issues:
Pull down your quick panel notification.
If you see ‘SENSOR’ turned on or highlighted, turn it off.
• Clear Camera App Cache/Data:
Go to Settings > Apps.
Find and select the Camera app.
Tap on ‘Storage’, then ‘Clear Cache’ and ‘Clear Data’
